The Beautiful Schools Project (BSP) began to grow in the minds of teachers throughout South Africa and particularly in Limpopo Province, where there are now 1500 schools participating in BSP with funding from both departmental and local sources.
The model of a "Beautiful School" provides an excellent guideline to support Outcomes Based Education (OBE). The principles of OBE are illustrated by hints and examples to develop a better understanding, not just regarding knowledge and skills but also attitudes and values.
