When I heard that Stress
Slaves was written by a lady who lives in Zimbawe, I was
curious. Knowing that our present is determined by our past, I had
to read this since I'm already well aware that we are not born into
stress slavery. The book is a treat. If you've forgotten how to
laugh, Pamina's humour jumps at you through the pages when she shares
what life is like in ZIMBABWE - a country in crisis. I learned that
if your expectations are unrealistic, this book will show you what
impact stress can have on your life. If we become divorced from
our instinctive nature and instead focus on our problems, our personal
boundaries can become blurred, and we will sabotage any and all
relationships. This book has the tools to free ourself from ourselves.
Thank you Pamina for a job well done. |
